Bergen & Copenhagen Buildings: The Bergen & Copenhagen Building were updated in the Spring of 2009. We added new carpeting, fresh paint, new draperies & comforters. Each room features one king bed and a queen-size Murphy pull-down, single tub with jets, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and cable tv. Both buildings feature a large common area with big screen tv, sofas & seating. Wireless Internet service is available in the Bergen, Copenhagen & Summit at no charge.
Summit Building: Each room features two queen beds, a jetted tub, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and cable television. The Summit Building features large common area with big screen tv, sofas, seating & large fireplace. Wireless Internet service is available in the Summit at no charge.
Suites: Suites are also available in our Summit Building. Each suite features a living room with pull out sofa, gas fireplace and television. The suite also features a private bedroom with king-size bed, private four piece bath with romantic two person jaccuzzi tub, microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator. Wireless Internet is available.
CondoTel: We recently finished a complete renovation in our condotel. This condo can be rented as a one or a two bedroom unit. It features a beautiful hickory kitchen with solid surface counter top and snack bar. You'll also enjoy a large living room area with couch, easy chair and flat panel tv. Adjoining the living/kitchen areas are two bedrooms also with flat panel tv's. Choose according to your needs and rent as a one or two bedroom. This condo is also available for sale and eligible for our lease back program should you want to participate. Or use it for your very own.

Condo: Our Log Condos have been recently renovated and will give you that true up north experience. These full log structures are beautiful! They include living room with gas fireplace, cable tv, fully equipped kitchen with hickory cabinetry & granite counter tops, dining area, private bedroom on the main floor and three additional queen size beds upstairs, plus two bathrooms.
Scandinavian Lodge: Complete renovation finished in 2008! This beautiful four-bedroom log Lodge can satisfy a large group, family gathering or fill it full of your friends for a great get away. The Lodge features a stone fireplace, spacious two story living and dining area, flat panel tv and a fully equipped hickory kitchen with granite counter tops. Even the cookware and dishes are available. The Lodge is also available for sale and eligible for our leaseback program should you decide to participate.

We require a 2 night minimum stay on weekends, and holiday stays.
Standard hotel rates are based on double occupancy. Other charges may apply for additional guests.

Cancellation/Change Policy
Changes or cancellations are due 7 days prior for lodging and 14 days prior for all packages & holiday stays. After that date your advance deposit will be forfeited along with any additional charges that may be applicable due to the type of reservation. Any changes or cancellation must be received by the reservation staff before the cancellation time frame to recieve a refund.
